candidates applying for membership or course accreditation and other users of this website . Where the visitors provide
the Institute with their personal data, in person, by written document, via e-mail or through this website, the Institute will
endeavour to ensure that such information remains private and is only used in accordance with this policy.

By providing the Institute with their personal data, the visitors also consent for the Institute to collect, hold, use and disclose

Applicant shall make their application to the Institute via the appropriate pages of this website with subsequent submission of the signed printout of the appropriate application form in this website together with the required documentation .
If the applicant is accepted as the Institute ' s member, all his/her personal data shall be stored in the Institute ' s central database . The Institute ' s members can update their personal data at any time, simply by following the procedure for ¡§ Access to Personal Data ¡¨ .
If the applicant is not accepted as the Institute ' s member, or the applicant subsequent decided not to be elected as the Institute ' s member, all his/her personal data shall be destroyed within six months from the day when the applicant' s application to the Institute via this website are made .

If the applicant ' s course is not accredited by the Institute, or the applicant subsequent decided not to have his/her course accredited by the Institute, all the data of the course to be accredited shall be destroyed within six months from the day when the applicant' s application to the Institute via this website are made .
